# Reports

Which studies the Reports page lists, how to find reports with the method chips and date filter, how to rename a card, and what Delete removes for each report type.

The **Reports** page is the library of your finished studies. A study is a research method set up and run on a population; a report is the results page and downloadable files of a completed study. Each study appears in the library as a card, and clicking the card opens that method's report page.

This page covers the library itself. To read the sections of a report, see [Reading a report](/en/docs/results/reading-a-report) and the page for the relevant method.

## Opening the Reports page

Click **ANALYSIS** › **Reports** in the sidebar. Below the heading is the description "View analytics results of your completed experiments." If you don't have any reports yet, the message "No completed experiments yet" appears.

When a study finishes, the progress screen shows **Your analysis is ready**. Click **Go to Reports** or wait a few seconds, and the study's report opens on its own. You can also reach the report later from the **Reports** page.

Which reports you see depends on your account:

| Account | Reports you see |
| --- | --- |
| Personal account | Only your own studies |
| Organisation member | Only your own studies |
| Organisation admin | All studies in the organisation |

Roles are described in [Account and organisation](/en/docs/account/account-and-organisation).

## Which studies are listed

- **Fashion** and **Ad Testing** studies appear in the list once they are completed.
- **General Research** studies appear in the list once there are persona responses or an analysis result. A Multiple-Choice Survey study's card, however, is added to the list as soon as fieldwork starts; if the study hasn't finished or has failed, the report may show no results.
- For focus groups set up in General Research, each session is a separate card. The card appears once the focus group has its first message.
- Studies you haven't started (drafts) don't appear here; you'll find them in the **Drafts** list at the bottom of the method selection screen ([Starting a new study](/en/docs/research/new-study)).
- Strategy reports prepared by Argus aren't in this list; you open them with the **Open report** button in the Argus conversation ([Strategy reports and presentations](/en/docs/argus/strategy-reports)).

Cards are sorted from newest to oldest. Each page shows 20 cards; if there are more reports, page buttons and a counter such as "1-20 of 45 reports" appear at the bottom.

## Report cards

| On the card | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| Name | The report name. Unless you've changed it, this is usually the survey title or the product name; if no name is found, it reads "Untitled Experiment" |
| Type badge | The method's short name, e.g. **Price WTP**, **Survey MCQ**, **Comparison** |
| Vertical | **General Research**, **Fashion** or **Ad Testing** |
| "N personas" | The number of synthetic consumers (personas) in the study |
| Date | In Fashion and Ad Testing, the completion date; in General Research, the date the study was last updated |
| **LATEST** | Marks the newest report in the list; shown only on the first page, while **All** is selected and no search is active |

Focus group cards show "N participants" instead of the persona count, along with the session date. The card also reads **Analytics Ready** or **Analytics not ready**; for A/B sessions, "A/B" is appended. If you see **Analytics not ready**, open the card and start the analysis on the report page ([Real-Time Focus Group](/en/docs/research/focus-group)).

The three-dot button at the top right of the card opens the actions menu: **Rename**, **Refresh** and **Delete**. **Refresh** is available only on cards for General Research studies, and not on focus group cards. Clicking anywhere else on the card opens the report.

## Search and filters

The search box ("Search product, brand or keyword… (MCQ, WTP, Conjoint)") looks in the report name, study name, survey title, product name and brand; on Fashion and Ad Testing cards it also searches the vertical name. The list updates automatically when you stop typing.

- Search ignores differences in case and Turkish characters: typing "kislik" also finds reports that contain "Kışlık" (winter).
- If you type several words, only reports that contain all of them are listed.
- Method names also work as search terms: "price", "WTP", "priority", "MaxDiff", "competitive", "conjoint", "survey", "MCQ", "comparison", "focus group", "ad test".

Use the calendar button next to the search box to filter the list by date: **All time**, **Last 7 days**, **Last 30 days** or **Custom range**. In the **Custom range** dialog, enter the **From** and **To** dates and click **Apply**; the end date can't be earlier than the start date. Filtering uses the date shown on the card.

The chips below these narrow the list by method: **All**, **Price**, **Feature Value**, **Priority**, **Competition**, **Survey**, **Comparison**, **Focus Group** and **Ad Test**. The number on a chip is how many reports remain after the search and date filter; chips with zero results are hidden (**All** and the selected chip are always shown). If nothing matches, "No matching reports" appears; click **Clear search and filters** to return to the full list.

## Opening a report

Click a card. At the top of the report page, a small heading names the method, with the study's name below it. To return to the list, click **Reports** in the breadcrumb at the top.

| Chip | Method | Heading at the top of the report page |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Price** | [Price Analysis (WTP)](/en/docs/research/price-analysis) | **Price Analysis (WTP)** |
| **Feature Value** | [Feature Price Impact](/en/docs/research/feature-price-impact) | **Feature Value Analysis** |
| **Priority** | [Priority Ranking (MaxDiff)](/en/docs/research/priority-ranking) | **Feature Prioritization** |
| **Competition** | [Competitive Analysis (Conjoint)](/en/docs/research/competitive-analysis) | **Choice Based Conjoint (CBC)** or **Dynamic Conjoint** |
| **Survey** | [Multiple-Choice Survey](/en/docs/research/multiple-choice-survey) | **Research Report** |
| **Comparison** | [Comparison](/en/docs/research/comparison) | **Comparison** |
| **Focus Group** | [Real-Time Focus Group](/en/docs/research/focus-group) | **Odak Grubu Analizi** (Focus Group Analysis) |
| **Ad Test** | [Ad Testing](/en/docs/research/ad-testing) | **Reklam Testi Analizi** (Ad Test Analysis) |

Most report pages have **New Research**, **Refresh**, **Download PDF**, **Download Excel** and **Delete** buttons at the top. Comparison and Ad Test reports have no **Refresh** or **Delete**. The focus group report has different buttons; these are described on the method page.

## Renaming a report

1. Open the three-dot menu on the card.
2. Choose **Rename**.
3. In the **Rename report** dialog, type the new name in the **Report name** field. The name can't be empty or longer than 255 characters.
4. Click **Save**.

The new name is used on the card, in search and in the names of the files you download. The heading inside the report page still shows the survey title or the product name. Renaming doesn't change the card's date or its position in the list.

> [!TIP]
> If you've tested the same product several times, give the cards distinctive names (e.g. "Winter Coat – SES A-B – October"). That way you'll find the right report faster, both in search and among the files you download.

## Refreshing the analysis

**Refresh** in the card menu recalculates the analysis from the personas' existing responses. When it starts, the notification "Analytics restarted" appears and a loading icon spins on the three-dot button. When it finishes, the notification "Analytics refreshed" or "Analytics rerun failed" appears.

> [!NOTE]
> **Refresh** at the top of the report page doesn't recalculate the analysis; it only reloads the data on the page. Neither **Refresh** button reruns the study or uses credits.

## Deleting a report

1. Choose **Delete** from the three-dot menu on the card.
2. In the **Delete Analytics Report** dialog, check the name of the report that will be deleted.
3. Click **Delete**.

The **Delete** button on the report page does the same. The **Are you sure?** dialog that opens there always says the survey will be permanently deleted, but what actually gets deleted depends on the report type:

| Report | What **Delete** does |
| --- | --- |
| **Survey** in General Research | Deletes the entire study; the card is removed from the list. |
| **Survey** in Fashion | Deletes the personas' responses and returns the study to draft; the card is removed from the list. |
| **Price**, **Feature Value**, **Priority**, **Competition** | Deletes the computed analysis and its files. The study and the personas' responses are not deleted. |
| **Focus Group** in General Research | Deletes only that session's analysis. The conversation transcript stays; the card reads **Analytics not ready**. |
| **Comparison**, **Ad Test** and focus groups in Fashion | Can't be deleted from this list; the warning "This report type cannot be deleted from here." appears. |

> [!WARNING]
> Deleting can't be undone, and the credits spent are not refunded. If you might need the results again, open the report and save a copy with **Download PDF** or **Download Excel** before you delete it.

## Downloading PDF and Excel files

Cards have no download button. Open the report and click **Download PDF** or **Download Excel** at the top. **Download PDF** creates a fully laid-out PDF report; **Download Excel** creates an Excel file with all the data.

While the file is being prepared in the background, the button reads **Generating PDF...** or **Downloading Excel...**. When the file is ready, the page starts the download, so don't leave the page in the meantime. Files are generated in the interface language. Opening a report and downloading a PDF or Excel file don't use credits ([Credits](/en/docs/account/credits)).

What the files contain, how to choose the segments to include in the PDF, and the error messages are covered in [Exporting and downloading](/en/docs/results/exporting).

## Sharing a report

The app has no option to share a report by link. To share results with your team, download the PDF report or the Excel file and send it. An organisation admin already sees every report in the organisation on their own **Reports** page.
